We have a no ID, no Entry Policy.  Please tell your guests to bring ID with them, regardless of age.

What is Neverland?

Neverland is a Themed Cocktail Bar and Restaurant and is perfect as a Party Event Venue.

Neverland operates as the Little Kyoto pop-up in spring, Fulham Beach pop-up in summer and Winterland in winter.

Neverland is in Fulham, London.

BYOB - We no longer operate with BYOB

We are a licenced venue - over 18's only after 9 pm.

Bookings / Reservations

 

Opening & Sitting Times

Wednesday, Thursday & Friday are: 5 pm - 11.30 pm

Saturday: 12 pm - 12 pm

Sunday: 12 pm - 7 pm 

The last entry is at 9 pm, the bar closes 30mins before closing, and the kitchens 1hr before closing.​

Please note. Pricing on reserved areas is dependent on the day and time of year.

You are welcome to book consecutive sittings for all-day bookings.

Additional Guests

Additional guests are welcome to buy individual entry tickets (if available) and join your area whilst at Neverland.

Guests for reserved tables/areas do not need to all arrive together, but someone from the group needs to be present within 30mins of your booking. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee your table. ​

Guests arriving separately can use the lead booker's name to gain entry.​

What are Neverland's Bookable Areas In Summer?

At Fulham Beach Club:

  • Tables (2 to 16 people) under the pergola are covered

  • Sofas (4 to 10 people) under the pergola are covered, and on the veranda are covered by a parasol but not enclosed

  • Covered Beach Sofas (for up to 12 each) on the edge of the beach, covered and heated

  • Large Beach Sofas (for up to 15) on the beach

  • Beach Huts (for up to 10) are on the beach, covered but not heated

Please note that all sales are final on tickets, and we do not offer refunds or reschedules on rainy days.

What are Neverland's Bookable Areas In Winter?

At Winterland:

  • Cabins (for 10 people) are situated at the edge forest in the winter and are covered and heated

  • Chalets (up to 35 people) are situated in the forest and are covered and heated

  • Sofas and Tables (2 to 12 people) under the pergola are covered and heated

  • Bavarian Tent has tables and sofas (2 to12 people) and is covered and heated, but we suggest you wrap up warm in the evenings!

  • Ski-Lift Bubbles seat up to 3 people and are located in the Bar area

  • Bar Cabins seat up to 4 people and are located in the Bar area​

 

General Policy

Booking Policy

1. To postpone a booking, it must be at least one week before your event date
2.  If you do not show up for your booking, we regret that your booking can not be postponed
3.  We cannot offer refunds for personal reasons

4.  We cannot permit marketing materials for small launches or promotional events unless exclusive venue hire has been booked.

Complaints and Refunds

Please raise any issues whilst you are at the venue with the team and any complaints in writing within 48 hours to hello@neverlandlondon.com.  We are unable to issue refunds after this time.

Photography Notice

We may take photographs, short videos and Instagram stories of guests.  We used these images as part of our social media engagement with online audiences via social media pages such as @Neverlandlondon.  Neverland London may be visited by media bloggers who will take photographs or video footage of our venue or event. Guests may appear in these images, sometimes published in local or national newspapers, magazines, websites and social media channels.

General Questions

Is there any covering at Neverland?

Yes, most of Neverland is Covered. We have a large 25m covered pergola and a Large stretch tent covering the veranda from September to May.

The Pergola Tables and Sofas, The Huts for 10, Bubbles for 8, and Beach Sofas and Winter Chalets are all permanently covered as well as the Indoor bar. 

 

Are there any other seating areas at Neverland other than the prebooked huts and bed options?

We have 16 tables under our pergola, these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.  We also have Cabins, Tables and Sofas in the bar which seats up to 4 people and Tables and Sofas on the Veranda.

 

What payment options are offered at Neverland?

We take card payments only. 

Are children allowed at Neverland?

Under 18’s are welcome from 12 pm until 9 pm. We are a licensed venue, so children must be under the close supervision of a responsible parent.  

Can we get a refund or reschedule our booking at Neverland?

All sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds, only a change of date.

 

Is it correct that a general entry ticket will guarantee entry but not necessarily somewhere to sit?

Yes, that’s correct. If you would like dedicated seating please book this before your arrival.  

What Music is played at Neverland?

Disco, House and Party Pleasers (Christmas Classic from Dec 1st)

What is the Dress Code at Neverland?

Smart Casual - No Sportswear/Tracksuits.

Are dogs allowed at Neverland?

Dogs are encouraged as long as you clean up after them and they are kept on a lead.

Do you offer birthday or Hen packages?

Yes, we do - please contact hello@neverlandlondon.com for available package options.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your package, with the final balance being paid 2 weeks before your event date.

The deposit is non-refundable however we will provide a 48hr cool-off where only 10% of the deposit will be retained as an admin fee.

We allow guests to bring a small arrangement of balloons for those celebrating a special occasion, along with a cake and table decorations.

Do you have food at Neverland?

We have a range of our own pizzas, burgers, small plates and more! - menus can be found on our homepage.

 

Is there re-entry into Neverland?

There is no re-entry back into Neverland if you decide to leave.

Neverland London's Nearest Stations are:

Wandsworth Town (overground from Clapham Junction / Earlsfield) - 11 minutes walk

Directions:

  • Walk north-east on Old York Rd

  • Turn onto Swandon Way/A217

  • Turn left onto Bridgend Rd/Wandsworth Bridge Rd./A217

  • Continue to follow Wandsworth Bridge Rd./A217 - go over the bridge

  • Neverland is on the right-hand side at the end of the bridge by Porcelenosa

Imperial Wharf (Overground from Clapham Junction / Shepherds Bush) - 15 minutes walk

  • Walk south-west towards Townmead Rd

  • Exit the roundabout onto Townmead Rd

  • Slight right to stay on Townmead Rd

  • Turn left onto Wandsworth Bridge Rd./A217

Tube - Parsons Green (District Line) - 20 minutes walk

Bus Stops - 6 minutes walk - Wandsworth Bridge Road

 

Taxi Drop-Off/Pick Up

On Wandsworth Bridge Road above the junction 25m north of the venue

Coach Drop Off Point

Coach Drop off point - On Townmead road, just before the big Sainsburys. There is an opening on the road where you can stop without stopping the traffic.  The distance to the venue from this point is about a 3-minute walk.

Everyone must present a valid photo ID to enter the venue.
