5 Must-Know Tips for Planning a Hen Party
1. Send out invitations as soon as you can
Has the bride-to-be given you a guest list? If so, invite the bridal party as soon as possible! If you don't have a confirmed guest list, ensure you get the contact details of all potential attendees from the bride asap.
This way, you won’t forget and have plenty of time to create a plan B if anyone can’t make it.
It’s best to send invitations by email or even easier to get everyone's phone numbers and start a WhatsApp group. It’s easier to track who’s responded and it cuts down on long email chains and overloaded inboxes.

Even if you still want to brainstorm ideas, all the hens will want to block out their calendars or re-arrange existing plans sooner rather than later.
2. Make a hen party budget and stick to it
One of the first things to do is to make a rough hen party budget.

Whilst you are thinking about games, you can go the extra mile to organise a hen party theme - and get some hen party sashes or hen party accessories like a fancy dress outfit or even some party bags; it’s these finer details that make an unforgettable event.
5. Don’t forget the packages
Many venues have special hen-party packages. If you book a package, ensure you have all the essential details, such as what you get on the day and what you need to bring (like a cake or decorations).
Hen do's are an excellent time for you and your friends to relax and enjoy yourselves, so make sure you have everything you need booked and don’t have to worry about anything.
